The Parish Council are aware of various applications that will have significant impact on Hawthorn.

Each developer. will be holding their own individual public consultation - and the Parish Council will discuss their planning application as and when received and forward such to DCC.

Residents are also encouraged to forward their own comments.

The Parish Council responses to the individual applications will be  shown here once discussed and approved by the Parish Council.

The East Durham Action Group has been established to 'fight' against these applications.
