Pre Planning Applications
The Parish Council is sometimes invited to meet with prospective developers as part of their pre-application process. This is usually during the Parish Council's monthly meeting. If and when this happens the item is always included on the monthly agenda which is displayed on each of the Council's noticeboards and which are displayed here the week before the meeting.
In addition notice will also be given in the Hawthorn Community Round Up which is the Council's monthly electronic newsletter.
Details of the Council's discussions and comments on every planning application in Hawthorn Parish are included in the minutes of the meetings.
